Quick Gable Fabric Buildings

The Quick Gable open-span building design provides a spacious interior environment, utilizing high-strength steel framework to support the high performance fabric cover. The Quick Gable Fabric Buildings are non engineered structures, engineered drawings are not available.

Unlike traditional metal buildings, the non-conductive properties and UV inhibitors of high performance fabric creates a cool, natural environment. Upon walking into a Quick Gable Fabric Building, occupants will notice a heat barrier between themselves and the sun. The bright white underside of the fabric also minimizes the requirement of artificial lighting during daylight hours and maximizes the use of artificial lighting at night.

Quick Gable Fabric Buildings are available in widths of 18' and 26'. The 18' wide model is available in a standard height of 18' whereas the 26' wide model is available in a standard height of 14'. The 26' model is also available in a high clearance model with a height of 18'. The 18' wide model is available in 40', 60' and 80' lengths, whereas the 26' wide model can be manufactured to any length. These size combinations allow for storage of everything from large vehicles to small personal items.

The 18' wide model comes packaged with two fabric ends, along with one 12' wide by 14' high roll up door and 42'' rebar anchors.

Truss spacing is available at 10', 8' and 5' increments in the 26' wide model as well as 10' and 5' increments in the 18' wide model.

• Virtually maintenance free
• Double stack weave provides high strength to weight ratios and tremendous rip, tear and puncture resistance
• Fire retardant (FR) covers are available
• A series of heavy-duty winches and zero-stretch belting and/or cables, ensure covers stay tight and secure
• PVC fabric is available upon request

Corrosion Resistant In-Line Galvanized Steel Framework

Heavy-duty steel is triple coated, starting with a thick layer of protective molten zinc. A conversion coating bath then provides another layer of corrosion protection followed by a clear organic coating to seal in the corrosion protection. The interior of the steel tube is then painted with zinc-enriched paint. All welds are sandblasted and finished with a molten zinc corrosion protection process, ensuring the weld zone is fully restored to the service life of the original, galvanized finish.  The in-line galvanizing process provides a finished product with exceptional mechanical and corrosion resistant properties.
