Crossover Fabric Covered Buildings Unleashed on the Las Vegas Strip

The Monte Carlo Pavilion

The newly installed Crossover Fabric Covered Building, named the Monte Carlo Pavilion, was the culmination of nearly 4 years of design and planning by our strategic partner, Vision Building Systems.  The Crossover was chosen to be the entertainment facility to host the Jabbawockeez Dance Crew.  This unique application is clearly evidence of the Crossover's versatility and one of the many solutions our buildings provide.

The world famous Jabbawockeez, the seven-member hip-hop dance crew best known for winning the first season of America's Best Dance Crew, began performing its celebrated MÜS.I.C show June 8, 2012 in our new special events Crossover Building, located between the Monte Carlo and MGM Casinos,  on the strip at Las Vegas, Nevada.

The dance crew’s unmatched charisma and captivating performance style launched the group to international stardom after winning the “Americas Best Dance Crew” title in 2008. Jabbawockeez has made numerous appearances on national television shows and performed for sold-out crowds worldwide and now becoming one of Las Vegas most popular acts.

The Monte Carlo Pavilion:  The building is a Crossover Fabric Covered Building with a rigid steel frame; 94' wide X 165' long, and it seats 800 fans.  Deployment and installation of this Crossover Building had to be done fast.

We Go to Great Lengths to Stay On-Time:  The Crossover Fabric Buildings installation crew at the Las Vegas site worked at night when it was time to pull the fabric cover.  There were high winds and high temperatures during the day, making it difficult to work on the buildings install during daylight hours.

Quick Installation of Our Crossover Fabric Buildings: The Monte Carlo Pavilion Crossover Fabric Covered Buildings installation was completed in just 19 days.  The general contractor did an outstanding job in preparing all that was needed prior to the Crossover Fabric Building installation's crew arrival.  The first 5 panels were pulled on the 4th day of the building install.  15 days later was the first Jabbawockeez performance.

The New Jabbawockeez Dance Crew Entertainment Facility:  The fabric buildings inside was insulated and finished, filled with lights, sound and stage equipment, in time for the Jabbawockeez 6/08/2012 debut in Las Vegas.

They will be performing here, at The New Monte Carlo Pavilion, until they take up permanent residence at the Luxor Hotel in the Spring of 2013.

Congratulations:  Applause and accolades go out to Vision Building Systems for such a successful project within the Special Events and Entertainment World.
